Yes. Once you have registered and published a listing, you can reach it at any time through your account. From there you can edit the property details, change the description, add or remove photos, and update prices, availability and everything else, so that your listing always reflects reality.

Communication happens directly between guest and host. Interested guests contact you by phone, Viber or WhatsApp, using the contact details in your listing. That gives you a direct line to guests, with no intermediary and no extra fees.

Your property is not promoted only on our own site. Alongside stannadansrbija.rs, your listing may also be promoted on the leading Serbian classifieds and through our own social accounts. We add further reach through Google Business posts and our WhatsApp and Viber service channels, so that the property can reach a large number of prospective guests. Yes. You can advertise an unlimited number of apartments, holiday homes and other properties from a single account. The free one-year promotional period applies to the first property you publish; each further property is subject to the membership terms in force when it is added.
